Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based in Chennai. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting outreach and initial market research, managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive targeted campaigns and fostering interest with potential clients through personalized engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation and lead qualification techniques
- Skills in managing and leveraging CRM tools to nurture leads appropriately
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities for client engagement
- Experience or knowledge in sales strategies to support business growth objectives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with digital marketing and marketing campaigns is a plus
- Understanding technology solutions like ERP, CRM, and Cloud platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
