The Role
We aren’t looking for a volume-based "cold caller." We are looking for a Signal-Hunter.
As an Enterprise SDR (North America), you’ll be the engine behind our new business pipeline. You’ll be targeting North America’s largest employers using an intelligence and intent-first approach.
You won’t just be "prospecting"; you’ll be orchestrating high-touch, account-based strategies that turn cold intent into high-value partnerships.
What You’ll Own
1. The Inbound Engine
- Qualify inbound interest with speed and precision
- Coordinate with our Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs and context transfer
- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) pristine so our growth engine runs without friction
- Track conversion metrics and continuously improve inbound meeting creation efficiency
2. Signal-Led Outbound
- Monitor G2 intent, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social signals to find companies already looking for us
- Translate hiring patterns, leadership shifts, and funding rounds into hyper-personalized outreach plays
- Design sequences that are so relevant they’re impossible to ignore
3. High-Touch Enterprise Outreach
- Conduct forensic-level research on "Very Large Enterprise" (VLE) accounts to find their pain points
- Engage everyone from VPs to Directors to Partners
- Seamlessly pivot between LinkedIn, email, and calls to break through the noise
Who You Are
- You have 2–5 years of experience booking meetings with North American enterprise giants.
- You’re proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sequencing tools.
- You can write personalized executive-level emails and LinkedIn messages.
- You can easily analyze your own pipeline metrics.
- You’re a self-starter who knows how to loop in Marketing, Partners, Executives, and RevOps to win the bigger game.
Bonus Points For
- A background in B2B AI, B2B SaaS, or Recruitment Tech.
- Experience using intent data platforms (like G2) to time your outreach perfectly
- A track record of winning over VPs and C-suite stakeholders.
