Position Overview:
As part of our growth journey, we’re expanding our sales team in Pune to tap into global markets (APAC & US).
We’re looking for driven sales professionals to help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through media sales and content partnerships in the tech industry.
This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment, interact with global decision-makers, and build a strong foundation in B2B sales.

Shift: APAC (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM IST) / US (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
How You’ll Spend Your Time Here:
- Collaborate with team members to build and refine outbound prospecting lists.
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs and introduce iTech’s solutions.
- Qualify leads using predefined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives to progress opportunities.
- Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Develop deep knowledge of iTech’s service offering to confidently communicate our value proposition.
- Work closely with Account Executives to generate meetings and opportunities.
- Update and manage records in CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and ensure alignment on lead-generation campaigns.
We’d Love To Talk To You If You Have / Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for sales, with ideally 1+ year of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome to apply too). Experience and knowledge of the tech industry and digital media landscape is a plus.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored content and advertising solutions.
- Familiarity and comfort with using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales / prospecting tools.
- Experience with researching companies, cold calling and handling objections, emailing, and navigating organizational hierarchies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English is non-negotiable), presentation and relationship-building skills; and can adapt quickly in a conversation.
- Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback.
- High level of grit and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and best practices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment. Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
