Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Once you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting, you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and enable agency partners — train them on Increff's ICP and value proposition so they can generate pipeline effectively.
- Run your own outbound motion: cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers in fashion, apparel, FMCG, and retail.
- Prospect target accounts using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; build and maintain an accurate, up-to-date contact database.
- Craft compelling, tailored messaging for CXOs, VP Operations, Supply Chain Heads, and Merchandising leaders.
- Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and document all activities, leads, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
- Book discovery meetings and hand off warm, well-briefed leads to the Account Executive team with full deal context.
- Continuously iterate on outreach sequences and agency playbooks based on conversion data and feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on territory planning, campaign alignment, and messaging improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of outbound B2B SaaS SDR or BDR experience with a demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Confident cold caller — you pick up the phone without hesitation and can engage and qualify senior stakeholders effectively.
- Experience writing and optimizing cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Ability to onboard, manage, and motivate external agency partners toward shared goals.
- Hands-on proficiency with Apollo.io and/or Seamless.ai for prospecting and contact enrichment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM — creating and updating leads, logging call/email activities, and managing pipeline stages accurately.
- Minimum 15 qualified leads generated per month across own outbound and agency channel.
- Meeting booking rate and pipeline contribution reviewed on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Salesforce hygiene maintained at 100% — all leads and activities logged within 24 hours.
- Prior exposure to retail, fashion, apparel, FMCG, or supply chain SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a bonus.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized — you own your numbers and your pipeline.
