🚀 Hiring: SDR / BDR (1–3 Years Experience)
HyreSnap is a fast-growing hiring platform focused on helping companies hire faster and more efficiently. We use our own software along with sourcing and outreach platforms to consistently deliver high-quality candidate profiles to our clients.
We’re looking for individuals who are strong communicators, confident in conversations, and naturally persuasive.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
• Identify and qualify leads through structured conversations
• Understand client hiring needs and position our solution effectively
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and manage a healthy pipeline
• Work closely with the team to drive revenue and business growth
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confidence and ability to handle objections
• Strong interest in sales / business development
• High energy, ownership, and target-driven mindset
📍 Location: [Bangalore- Onsite/Hybird/Remote]
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
