About the role
You'll be the engine behind our sales motion. You sit in on every sales call, you follow up with leads and prospects, you do the cold calling and outbound that opens new conversations.
You'll work directly with the founders, owning follow-ups, keeping the pipeline clean, and making sure no lead falls through the cracks.
This isn't a forever-SDR role. The plan is for you to grow into running your own sales cycles within 12-18 months. You'll learn how midmarket and enterprise SaaS sales actually works by being in the room while it happens, then do it yourself.

What you'll own
- Joining every sales call: listening, learning, turning it into next steps
- Following up with every lead and prospect, fast and personally
- Cold calling and outbound: building pipeline from scratch alongside inbound
- HubSpot hygiene: pipeline updates, deal stages, contact data, sequences
- Booking qualified meetings for the founders
- Over time: running your own discovery calls, then full sales cycles
- Working closely with marketing on outbound campaigns and follow-up
Must-haves
- 1-2 years in a similar SDR, BDR, or sales support role
- Comfortable on cold calls: you don't freeze when someone picks up or says no
- Strong written communication in English (clear, fast, personal)
- Entrepreneurial: you want to grow into a closing role, not stay an SDR forever
- Real interest in tech and how software is bought
- Based in Pune, Antwerp, or willing to work fully remotely with strong overlap
Nice-to-haves
- Prior B2B SaaS experience
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations as a category
- Hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach
- Multilingual (English required; Dutch, German, French a plus for European outbound)
