About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. If you enjoy connecting with new people, identifying business opportunities, and driving the early stages of the sales cycle, this role is for you.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality opportunities for our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and accelerating revenue growth.

What You'll Do
• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong sales opportunities
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
• Research companies and build targeted outreach strategies
• Maintain and update prospect information in CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and opportunity generation targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales
• Strong experience in cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong research and prospecting skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience selling SaaS, IT services, or tech products
• Experience using sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Understanding of the B2B sales cycle
