Responsibilities
• Send outreach messages to businesses
• Handle WhatsApp and call communication professionally
• Explain Fynora services and website packages
• Follow up with interested leads
• Schedule meetings and collect client requirements
• Maintain lead records in Google Sheets/CRM
• Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients
• Represent Fynora professionally at all times
Requirements
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English typing and communication
• Confident on calls and WhatsApp chats
• Professional attitude and consistency
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Laptop/mobile with stable internet connection
Preferred Skills
• Sales or telecalling experience
• Client handling experience
• Basic understanding of websites or digital marketing
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
