The Opportunity
We’re hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives based in India as part of our aggressive growth strategy. This is a chance to join a fast-scaling sales organization, work with cutting-edge AI technology, and build relationships with decision-makers at innovative companies worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Generate Pipeline: Drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging prospects globally through cold calls and email campaigns
- Qualify Opportunities: Run discovery conversations to understand business needs and qualify leads for the sales team
- Expand Accounts: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
- Drive Revenue: Partner with Account Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Master the Product: Develop deep knowledge of Futurepath.ai’s solutions and tailor messaging to different buyer personas
- Optimize Performance: Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, analyze metrics, and improve conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience:
- 3–6 years of SDR/BDR experience in Enterprise AI for USA clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to global markets (with time zone flexibility)
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills with near-native English proficiency
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior executives
- Data-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
