With customers across multiple regions, we are building the backbone of the EV ecosystem.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage the top of our sales funnel.
Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads and convert them into scheduled meetings through inbound and outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from website, chatbot, and WhatsApp
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Engage prospects to understand their business requirements
- Book qualified meetings for the sales/founder team
- Maintain lead data and pipeline in CRM
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales / techno-commercial sales
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with founders, CXOs, and marketing heads
- Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience working with international clients (90% of our customers are overseas)
