Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Chennai and we have . The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing relationships to support the sales pipeline. The role involves conducting outreach to prospective customers, qualifying leads, engaging in meaningful client communication, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective customers
- Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and contribute to achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales or client engagement is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is an added advantage
