The Role
Be the first point of contact for potential clients and build a qualified pipeline for Edstellar's enterprise sales team. Through a mix of inbound response and outbound prospecting, you'll engage HR and L&D leaders across the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC, sparking conversations around Edstellar's 2,000+ training programs and 10,000+ global trainers.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries within SLA and qualify leads through initial discovery
- Run targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate new enterprise opportunities
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach
- Qualify prospects using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks and book meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate lead data, activity logs, and notes in Zoho/Salesforce daily
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-scoring criteria
- Share prospect feedback and market intelligence with the sales and solutioning teams
- Track and own KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, SQLs generated
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role preferably in SaaS, EdTech, corporate training, or HR tech
- Experience reaching out to international markets (US/UK/Europe/Middle East)
- Strong English communication written and verbal; confident on calls and video
- Proficiency with CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) and outreach tools (Outreach, HubSpot, or similar)
- High energy, resilience, and a hunter mindset comfortable with volume and rejection
- Ability to research accounts quickly and tailor messaging to different personas
What Sets You Apart
- Familiarity with corporate training, L&D, or HR tech buyers
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo / Apollo experience
- Understanding of enterprise buying processes and organizational structures
- A second language relevant to target markets
