SDR Associate (The Marketing Wingman) 🚀

Born from a real marketing struggle, CustomerLabs grew into a no-code CDP that gives marketers the power to own their customer data and activate it seamlessly across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Objectives
As our SDR Associate, you are the engine of our growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Scheduling 50 qualified demos per quarter.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to realize revenue from added accounts.
- Fortnightly script tweaks with Marketing based on real call insights.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Lead Generation: Identify high-potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM data; execute outreach via cold calling, email, and social media.
- Qualification & Nurturing: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand challenges; develop strategies for longer sales cycles to keep leads engaged.
- Strategic Input: Provide feedback to Sales Ops on lead quality and recommend process or tool improvements to keep our stack cutting-edge.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Track conversion rates and pipeline growth; present performance reports to sales leadership to refine our "go-to-market" engine.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Experience: 2 to 3 years in SaaS sales/lead generation with a proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) targets.
- The Toolkit: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and outbound tools. Knowledge of sales frameworks (SalesNavigator, Apollo.ai, or Sandler) is a major plus.
- The Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can navigate complex conversations and overcome objections with ease.
- The Mindset: A startup-ready, highly motivated, and target-driven individual who values traits over just skills.
