Sales Development Representative (SDR) – MagicWand
We’re building MagicWand — a platform helping manufacturing companies move from manual operations → real-time, data-driven factories.
We’re now looking for a hungry SDR to help us break into the manufacturing space and build our outbound engine from scratch.
What you’ll do
• Identify and research manufacturing companies (factory owners, plant heads, ops managers)
• Run outbound across calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
• Qualify leads and book demos directly with founders
• Build and iterate on messaging that actually converts
• Maintain pipeline and track conversations (no messy follow-ups)
• Work closely with the founder on GTM experiments

What we’re looking for
• 0–3 years in sales / SDR / business development (or strong intent to learn)
• Comfortable talking to decision-makers (factory owners, ops heads)
• Strong communication + persistence (you don’t give up after 1 follow-up)
• Bias for action — you execute fast, not overthink
• Interest in manufacturing / industrial tech / AI is a big plus
