Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as SDR/BDR in SaaS (mandatory)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills across email, LinkedIn, calls, and messaging apps
- Ability to qualify leads based on intent, urgency, and fit
- Excellent communication and discovery skills
- High ownership and accountability for pipeline generation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Conduct first-touch and discovery calls to identify business pain points
- Book high-quality meetings and ensure smooth handoff to AEs
- Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels
- Experiment with messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
- Contribute to defining and improving outbound playbooks
