We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative with mandatory PAN India sales experience in the automotive sector, specifically within the automotive detailing ecosystem (ceramic coatings & PPF).
This is a field-intensive, travel-driven role focused on West and South India regions, requiring consistent on-ground presence. You will represent Ceramic Pro and Kavaca (PPF), driving growth within the premium automotive aftermarket segment.
Location: Saboo Kavaca, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite | 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Ceramic Pro & Kavaca across West & South India
- Manage and expand business opportunities across South, North, and West India
- Identify, onboard, and develop detailing studios, PPF installers, and dealer partners
- Build strong relationships with auto detailers, workshops, and car enthusiasts
- Educate partners on coating and PPF application fundamentals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand
- Ensure strong partner engagement and customer satisfaction
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of PAN India sales experience in the automotive sector (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience in automotive detailing sales / car care products (ceramic coatings & PPF preferred)
- Willingness for frequent and structured travel (minimum 15 days per month across India)
- Strong understanding of ceramic coatings, PPF, and detailing products
- Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Work Location & Travel Expectation (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be currently based in Hyderabad (non-negotiable)
- Must have PAN India automotive sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Willingness to travel 15+ days/month (West & South India)
- Candidates not willing to meet travel requirements should not apply
- All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company

- Experience in automotive aftermarket or detailing product sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for cars and automotive aesthetics
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
