We are looking for a highly driven Automotive Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in the automotive detailing ecosystem, particularly in ceramic coatings and paint protection films (PPF).
This role is field-intensive and travel-driven, requiring consistent on-ground presence across key markets. You will represent Ceramic Pro (ceramic coatings) and Kavaca (PPF), driving growth within the premium automotive aftermarket segment.
Location: Mathur Road Filmnagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite | 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Ceramic Pro and Kavaca across assigned territories
- Travel extensively across South, North, and West India to generate and manage business opportunities
- Identify, onboard, and develop detailing studios, PPF installers, and dealer partners
- Build strong relationships with auto detailers, workshops, and car enthusiasts
- Educate partners on coating and PPF application fundamentals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regional demand
- Ensure strong partner engagement and customer satisfaction
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience strictly in automotive detailing sales / car care product sales (ceramic coatings & PPF)
- Mandatory willingness for frequent and structured travel (minimum 15 days per month) across South, North, and West India
- Strong understanding of ceramic coatings, PPF, and automotive detailing products
- Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Work Location & Travel Expectation (Non-Negotiable)
- The candidate MUST be based out of Hyderabad and will report to the Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad office.
- However, this role requires compulsory travel for at least a fortnight (15 days) every month across assigned regions (South, North, and West India), as aligned during the interview process.
- Candidates not willing to meet this travel requirement should not apply.
- All official travel and accommodation expenses will be fully borne by the company as per policy.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
