Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Hyderabad.
The role involves identifying business opportunities, prospect outreach, lead qualification, and booking demos for the sales team. You’ll work closely with leadership and sales teams to build and maintain a pipeline across outbound channels.
Responsibilities include:
→ Cold calling B2B decision-makers
→ Running outreach across LinkedIn, email & WhatsApp
→ Qualifying leads and fixing demos/appointments
→ Maintaining pipeline hygiene and CRM updates
→ Collaborating with the sales team on outbound strategy
→ Consistently achieving activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
→ Experience in SDR, telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales
→ Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
→ Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
→ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
→ Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain SaaS / AI solutions
→ Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM tools, or sales software is a plus
→ Hyderabad-based (work from office)
