About the role:
We're looking for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and driven by targets. This is a high-activity role; you'll make cold calls every day, start conversations, and turn prospects into booked demos and appointments.
What you'll be doing:
→ Outreach via emails and cold calls to B2B decision-makers
→ Scheduling product demos and appointments for the sales team
→ Running outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
→ Qualifying leads and maintaining an updated pipeline
→ Consistently hitting weekly and monthly targets
What we're looking for:
→ Minimum 1 year of experience in SDR, telecalling, or B2B sales
→ Proven track record of cold calling and booking appointments
→ Strong spoken and written English — fluency is a must
→ Comfortable using LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
→ Organised, target-driven, and resilient
→ Based in Hyderabad (work from office)

Compensation:
