Role Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad. The SDR will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and cultivating prospects in key industries. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling product demos, maintaining customer databases, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. Building strong, professional relationships with potential clients and effectively communicating the value of Canopi’s solutions are central to this role.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, nurture, and engage potential clients.
- Sales and Business Development expertise to build pipelines, close deals, and achieve growth targets.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey product value propositions and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proactive approach to learning new industries and understanding clients' needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and an ability to manage and update customer databases.
- Prior experience in SaaS or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
