We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can manage incoming leads, communicate with prospects, and help them enroll in our digital courses.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right learning opportunity.
You will be handling warm leads from Instagram and other platforms, explaining the course, and helping interested prospects enroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads via call, WhatsApp, or DM
- Understand the prospect’s goals, challenges, and learning needs
- Explain our online courses and digital skill programs clearly
- Guide prospects through the enrollment process
- Maintain and update lead records in Google Sheets / CRM
- Follow up with interested leads to increase conversions
- Work closely with the team to achieve weekly sales targets
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and persuasion skills
- Is confident in phone calls and online conversations
- Is organized and comfortable managing leads
- Has a basic understanding of online learning or digital skills
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Experience in sales, telecalling, counseling, or lead conversion is a big plus.
Compensation Structure
We believe in rewarding performance.
Performance Commission:
₹500 – ₹2,000 per successful enrollment
Bonus Incentives:
Additional bonuses for achieving monthly sales targets
High performers can earn ₹25,000 – ₹60,000+ per month.
