Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Development Representative located in IT Park, Chandigarh. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential leads, establishing initial contact with key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, engaging with clients via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in fostering lasting client relationships and driving lead conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development.
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying prospective clients.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work towards targets in a high-paced environment.
- Proactive approach and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or IT services industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
