Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office: Monday to Friday | Work From Home: Saturday | Last Saturday Off)
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, etc.)
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/tools
- Assist in refining outreach strategies and messaging
- Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Interest in sales, business development, and lead generation
- Basic understanding of B2B markets and outreach methods
- Good analytical and research skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
