We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS sales team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for Atatus SaaS products. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help expand our customer base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B customers for Atatus SaaS solutions
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound follow-ups
- Understand customer pain points related to application monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and observability
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and lead nurturing activities
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and onboarding activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in SaaS products, cloud technologies, and B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, software, cloud, or technology sales
- Understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) or DevOps tools is an advantage
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound prospecting tools
