Role Description
As a SDR at Amshuhu, you’ll be on the frontlines - breaking into target accounts, starting conversations with sales leaders, and building pipeline from scratch.
You will drive lead generation through outbound efforts, qualify prospects, and set up high-quality meetings for the sales team. You’ll also play a key role in refining our outreach strategy and lead generation playbook.

What Will You Do?
- Prospect Identification: Identify and research target accounts within defined customer segments
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
- Lead Qualification: Understand prospect needs, challenges, and fit with our solution
- Product Communication: Clearly articulate our value proposition to potential customers
- Meeting Booking: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion
- Target Ownership: Consistently achieve monthly targets for outreach and meetings

- Ability to confidently discuss business problems (not just product)

- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Prior sales / customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- High ownership and accountability
