Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Food + Performance Incentives
Responsibilities
• Handle leads, calls, counselling and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Conduct webinars and seminars.
• Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
• Create basic sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversions.
Requirements
• 1-3+ years of sales/business development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident speaking with individuals and groups.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.
• Experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar field is a plus.
