Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Sales Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth. Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, understanding customer needs, and preparing reports on sales activity and performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development activities
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and prospecting new opportunities
- Excellent Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand and articulate customer needs effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
