Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a Sales Development Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach campaigns, and creating opportunities for the sales team. The SDR will engage with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication tools, collaborating closely with the sales and business development teams to expand the company’s client base. Additionally, the role involves researching potential leads and maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong Lead Generation and Business Development expertise
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with potential clients effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
