The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-paced team. Your main responsibility will be to make the first contact with leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings with our Business Development Managers. If you’re proactive, confident on calls, and passionate about growth, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
🔹 Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
🔹 Qualify leads based on set criteria and business fit
🔹 Schedule discovery calls and demos with BDMs
🔹 Maintain accurate lead data and notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
🔹 Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and handover
🔹 Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and BDMs to improve conversion
What You Bring
✅ 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (fresh grads welcome with strong communication skills)
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Confident communicator over phone and WhatsApp
✅ Comfortable using CRM systems, especially HubSpot
✅ Organized and able to manage and track multiple leads at once
✅ Good sense of time management
✅ Fully remote position
