SDR - Factory Division Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Factory Division Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–2 years About Vizmo : Vizmo is building solutions that simplify and streamline business operations across industries. Role Overview: We’re looking for an SDR who knows outbound inside-out and can consistently turn outreach into qualified opportunities. This role is about execution—high-volume prospecting, strong conversations, and building a reliable pipeline for the sales team. What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Market Expansion Identify and generate new business opportunities across manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, heavy industries, electronics, and logistics Build a strong pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision-makers
- Outbound Execution Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach Own the first conversation—build interest, handle objections, and create momentum
- Lead Qualification Qualify leads with a strong understanding of business needs, use cases, and fitment Ensure only high-quality opportunities are passed to the sales team
- Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM Track outreach, follow-ups, and conversion metrics consistently
- Collaboration & Improvement Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting Continuously improve outreach strategies based on results What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in SDR / outbound sales / lead generation roles Strong, hands-on experience in cold calling and initial client conversations In-depth understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and achieving targets consistently Clear communication, confidence, and the ability to think on your feet High ownership mindset and bias for action Good to Have Exposure to B2B / industrial / manufacturing segments Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Success in This Role Looks Like Consistent pipeline generation through outbound efforts High-quality meetings that convert into opportunities Strong activity metrics (calls, connects, conversions) Reliability in hitting and exceeding targets Why Vizmo Fast-paced environment with real ownership Direct exposure to business impact High learning curve in B2B and industrial sales Performance-driven growth and incentives
