Role Overview:
We’ve grown 3x over the last year and will 2x next year. Increasing our qualified pipeline is the fastest way to help us get there.
As an SDM, you will help us double down on our Outbound channels and maximize ROI from our Inbound channels to get to this growth.
Job Description:
- Own the qualified pipeline coming from Outbound, and support the qualified pipeline coming via Events and Inbound
- Hire, Train, and Manage a team of SDRs across India and the US
- Leverage buying signals to personalize outreach and expand the outbound channel
- Leverage Account-Based Marketing and Events to influence decision makers across key target accounts
- Help convert inbound drop-off into meetings
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to experiment with new processes and ideas to get noticed by decision makers
Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of Sales Development experience, 2+ years of people management experience
- Mid-market experience preferred (ACV: $10k-$30k)
- Experience selling to the finance org is ideal, but not mandatory
- Exposure to startups and having built things from the ground up is ideal
- Track record of hitting quota
- Should know the Marketing Tech Stack well (prospecting, email automation, calling, etc.)
