About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development & Closing professional to own outbound sales and revenue growth for GutIQ. You'll reach out to our audience, qualify and book consultations with our expert doctors, and close those conversations into our coaching and consulting programs.
This is a full revenue-owned role. You're responsible for the entire funnel—from first outreach to closed deal.

What's Exciting About This
Full ownership from day one. You'll build the sales motion from scratch—no playbook, no hand-holding. You own prospecting, qualifying, and closing. You'll work directly across sales, product, and strategy, understanding how they actually interconnect. You'll learn high-ticket B2C sales in health tech, work alongside doctors and health experts, and have direct visibility into company growth. Everything you build—your process, your approach, your metrics—shapes the next chapter of the company. You're not executing someone else's vision; you're building the machine.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting: Build and execute cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and messaging
- Lead qualification: Identify genuinely interested prospects and qualify them for doctor consultations
- Consultation booking: Coordinate and schedule discovery consultations with our medical team
- Closing: Follow up with qualified leads and close them into our programs
- Pipeline management: Maintain CRM, track metrics, and optimize conversion funnel
- Collaboration: Work closely with founder and doctors to understand messaging, positioning, and customer needs
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in B2C sales, business development, or outbound sales
- Proven track record with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Experience closing high-ticket deals (₹50K+)
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and own results
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable with CRM and metrics tracking
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, or coaching space (bonus, not required)
What Success Looks Like
- You own the full sales funnel end-to-end
- You're systematic about outreach and constantly testing/optimizing messaging
- You build strong relationships with prospects and close them consultatively
- You work closely with our medical team to ensure quality consultations
- You track metrics weekly and report on funnel health
