Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This role is all about driving outbound pipeline, generating qualified leads, demonstrating the product and supporting the sales team in building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential real estate builders, developers, and relevant companies across target cities.
- Generate new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
- Qualify prospects and understand their project requirements before passing them to the sales team.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations for interested prospects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Confidence in cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects.
- Ability to present and explain a product clearly during demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about B2B sales and real estate technology.
