Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Intern. The individual will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining an organized database. Key tasks include reaching out to prospective customers, tracking sales interactions, assisting in the development of sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and develop new business relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify, engage, and follow up with potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interpersonal interactions and client support
- Experience in Sales Management or a demonstrated ability to support strategic sales activities
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely in a collaborative team environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
