THE ROLE
- Engage: Connect with leads via Call, Email, and WhatsApp.
- Consult: Recommend Tezzonix programs to help students grow.
- Convert: Drive the sales cycle and manage our CRM.
- Grow: Support operations and scale with the startup.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying business opportunities
- Experience in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset to conduct market research and identify key opportunities
- Adaptability to remote work and self-motivation in achieving targets
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for clients
- Experience in the technology or training sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with sales tools and platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot is advantageous
