Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Development Executive based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and promoting QRAXA's solutions to address customer needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, managing account relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management
- Ability to effectively communicate QRAXA's solutions and value propositions
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of sales pipelines
- Prior experience in IT hardware, servers, storage solutions, or related fields is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and understand client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
