Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Ambajogai. The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities to support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate customer feedback to internal teams and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and account management
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, market research, and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and data interpretation skills to understand market trends and dynamics
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales within the FMCG or dairy industry is an advantage
