Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing client relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies that drive business growth. Additionally, the role entails conducting market research, preparing sales materials and presentations, and tracking pipeline progress to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, client outreach, and account management
- Experience in end to end b2b sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales strategies
- Analytical thinking and ability to perform market research to identify sales opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of AI-driven digital transformation and technology services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
- Proven ability to meet targets and a results-oriented mindset
