Job Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Executive. You will play a central role in driving Healo’s revenue growth and partnerships by identifying, building, and closing high-impact opportunities across B2B, B2C, and institutional channels. You will work closely with product, psychology, and leadership teams to ensure our mental health solutions reach the right audiences in meaningful and scalable ways. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Healo’s footprint in the mental health ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in B2B, B2C, and institutional partnerships
Lead outreach to corporates, universities, hospitals, and organizations for mental health program collaborations
Build, manage, and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure and fund realization
Experiment with growth channels such as campaigns, workshops, events, digital marketing, and community initiatives
Collaborate with product and psychology teams to refine offerings based on market demand and client feedback
Support fundraising efforts by preparing sales decks, investor updates, and market insights
Track and analyze key performance metrics including revenue, client retention, and engagement, and present growth dashboards
Manage client contracts, incentive structures, and payment tracking linked to deals closed
Represent Healo at events, accelerators, and networking platforms to strengthen partnerships and brand visibility
Contribute ideas and inputs to AI + mental health initiatives, including pilot programs, content insights, and product feedback
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth roles
Proven ability to drive revenue, partnerships, or business expansion in B2B, B2C, or institutional markets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing sales pipelines, leads, and deal closures
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
Highly organized with strong ownership and execution ability
Passion for building impact-driven products, especially in mental health and wellness
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health-tech, wellness, education, or mental health sectors
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales dashboards, or growth analytics
Experience in startup or early-stage environments
Understanding of digital products or subscription-based services
Exposure to fundraising, partnerships, or investor communications
