Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Designer (Interiors) located in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and presenting customized interior design solutions for clients, including kitchen and bath design. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored design recommendations, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales interactions to drive successful project outcomes. The candidate will closely collaborate with team members to deliver innovative and functional living spaces.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Interior Design, including expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design, with a strong creative vision and attention to detail
- Strong Sales and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and present design concepts persuasively
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and provide tailored solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while meeting deadlines and project requirements
- Proficiency in design software tools is a plus
- Previous experience in interior design or sales of design-focused products, especially in the home décor or furnishings industry, is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is advantageous
