Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients and understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct client consultations and site visits when required.
- Create design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Present design solutions and explain materials, finishes, and product options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design sales, modular furniture sales, home interiors, or related industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
