Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Sales Designer at SpazioLiv. The Sales Designer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, collaborating on customized interior design solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces. Additional responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, preparing detailed design proposals, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s design expertise and products. The role combines creative design skills with strong sales and interpersonal abilities to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and building lasting relationships
- Expertise in Interior Design, with a specialization in Kitchen & Bath Design
- Strong Sales experience, with an ability to meet or surpass targets effectively
- Proficiency in design software and tools, and an eye for aesthetics and functionality
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Relevant academic background or certifications in Interior Design or related fields
- Prior experience in residential interior design or similar fields is a plus
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
