Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead the sales function at Imaraa Designs. This role requires a strong understanding of consultative selling, luxury or premium customer handling, team leadership, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing sales pipeline, driving conversions, managing client relationships, and aligning sales strategy with business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall sales strategy for the business
- Drive revenue generation through residential, commercial, and interior fit-out opportunities
- Build, guide, and mentor the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates
- Develop and implement sales processes, targets, and performance tracking systems
- Handle high-value client interactions and convert premium leads into projects
- Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Identify new business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and strategic networking
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategy
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead qualification to closure
- Improve customer experience through timely follow-ups, relationship management, and solution-based selling
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business growth plans for leadership review
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Proven experience in interior design, home interiors, architecture, real estate, luxury products, or related sectors
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and leading sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage premium clients and large-ticket deal closures
- Strong understanding of consultative and relationship-driven selling
- Experience in CRM handling, pipeline management, and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential interior sales
- Strong local market understanding of Bengaluru
- Existing network with homeowners, architects, channel partners, or developers
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
