Job Title: Sales & Design Executive – Modular Kitchen & Furniture
Location: Shop No.1 and 2, Kumar Vastu Complex, Bhoslenagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411007
Job Summary: Radiance Kitchens & Furniture is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Design Executive to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative design skills with strong sales ability to deliver premium modular kitchen and furniture solutions to clients.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating functional and aesthetic designs, and driving the entire sales process from initial consultation to final closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client meetings and understand design requirements
- Perform site visits for accurate measurements and planning
- Create modular kitchen and furniture layouts using AutoCAD
- Present design concepts and guide clients through material and finish selections
- Convert leads into successful sales closures
- Coordinate with the post-sales and execution team for smooth project delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and design (modular kitchen/furniture industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture design concepts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong client-handling and presentation skills
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Pytha software

Pune, Maharashtra
