Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Sales Design Consultant. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing design consultations, and creating tailored solutions that align with their aesthetic and functional goals. Responsibilities include presenting furniture and furnishing options, supporting sales processes, and fostering long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and design expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in Interior Design, with a robust understanding of creating spaces that combine aesthetics and function.
- Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings, including selecting and recommending pieces tailored to client needs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to meet project deadlines.
- A degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role, or familiarity with the Kolkata market, is a plus.
