Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role within the Sales Department at Moodli, located in Noida. The role involves managing and driving sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and executing training programs to empower the sales team. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and creating effective strategies to expand the customer base. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining an organized at-work environment are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide excellent customer support.
- Proven proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, building client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Experience in Training and developing sales teams for improved performance and proficiency.
- Self-motivation, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with software solutions and interest in emotional wellness technology is considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
