Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai within the Sales Department at House of Tools Ltd. The role includes managing customer inquiries, fostering new and existing client relationships, driving sales growth, delivering product knowledge to clients, and identifying sales opportunities. The candidate will also provide training to clients and staff on relevant tools and products and oversee sales activities to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in Sales and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Proficiency in Sales Management, including strategy development and team oversight, ensuring sales success.
- Expertise in delivering Training to staff or customers on products and services, enhancing their competencies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with wholesale or tool industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
