Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Sales Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and sales strategy, transforming raw data from CRM and ERP systems into actionable insights using Power BI. You will work closely with Territory Managers, dealer networks, and senior leadership to optimize sales performance, improve territory alignment, and identify new market opportunities for our tractor and farm equipment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track dealer performance, target vs. achievement, and regional sales trends.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze internal and external sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dealer Performance Monitoring: Produce standardized reports tracking dealer status, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Territory Optimization: Support Territory Managers with data-driven insights to restructure territories, identify white spaces, and optimize sales coverage.
- Data Integrity: Source, clean, and validate data from Salesforce (or similar CRM) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Databricks) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Forecasting & Insights: Build forecasting models to predict sales performance and support inventory management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, production, and finance teams to provide insights on product performance and market demand.

Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or Engineering.
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations, preferably in manufacturing or B2B distribution.
- Advanced Proficiency in Power BI: Expertise in creating complex data models, using DAX calculations, and building interactive visual reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or Engineering.
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or sales operations, preferably in manufacturing or B2B distribution.
