Key Responsibilities


Experience: 0–3 Year (Freshers welcome)


1. Sales Data Management & Analysis

  • Analyze Primary ,Secondary & Tertiary sales data (SKU-wise, Area-wise, Distributor-wise).
  • Track Target vs. Achievement (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving SKUs.
  • Planning and monitoring of new product launches - Distribution planning - inventory planning - coordination with production - CNF & field team.
  • Evaluate scheme effectiveness and margin impact.
  • Compile marker feedback, customer complain and create report to present to management

2. Modern Trade / quick commerce Data Management & Tracking

  • Monitor outlet-wise billing and off-take.
  • Track Key Account performance & prepare dashboards. 
  • Ensure visibility compliance and SKU placement tracking.
  • Reconcile Modern Trade claims and schemes.
  • Analyze outlet-level growth and category performance.
  • Outlet wise / dark store level inventory tracking.
  • Maintain outlet wise SKU master data and drive SKU listing based on data analysis.

3. Distributor & Field Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze Distributor ROI and stock aging.
  • Monitor van productivity and route efficiency.
  • Develop Dealer & Salesman performance dashboards.
  • Track order frequency and strike rate.
  • Drive Compliance of live trekking of sales staff and adoption of salesforce.

4. Geographic Analysis & Mapping

  • Create Dealer/Distributor territory borders (geographical boundary setup).
  • Manage route allotment and route optimization.
  • Perform retailer mapping and route tagging.
  • Conduct market coverage gap analysis (identify mapping gaps).
  • Detect overlapping territories.
  • Identify new market potential using geographic data insights.

5. Data Management & System Control

  • Extract and validate data from ERP systems (Excel / python / SQL).
  • Manage master data (SKU / Distributor / Retailer and all other relevant data).
  • Ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplication.
  • Conduct mapping data audits and corrections.

6. Dashboard & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards using tools like Power BI. Etc.
  • Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports and share with the sales team.
  • Support management review presentations. 
  • Preparation of meeting notes (action log) and follow up for completion.
  • Provide data-driven decision support to leadership.

7. Coordination & Support to field Sales team.

  • Provide training on salesforce & DMS usage to dealers and sales staff to drive adoption.
  • Analyze dealer route execution thru data & suggest on new route creation.
  • Conduct corrective action analysis for low-performing areas.
  • Support expansion planning (New Distributor / New Territory).
  • Identify business growth opportunities through data insights.
