Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Professional specializing in Cyber Security to join our team in Bangalore. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales efforts in the Cyber Security sector, establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying their security needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strategic mindset, capable of understanding complex security challenges and communicating the value of our offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Cyber Security sector.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Conduct client presentations to effectively communicate our Cyber Security solutions, addressing potential clients' specific needs and concerns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to manage client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
- Utilize a strong closing mindset to negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
- Familiarity with security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security compliance frameworks.
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards relevant to Cyber Security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in the Cyber Security domain.

- Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology products and solutions.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Exceptional client presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
